By planning properly and through collaboration with Results Group Inc. at the outset of an assignment, a client increases the likelihood of timely success. Engagement terms including fees for services will vary based upon exclusivity, search type, expectations, and many other factors. Discuss these factors early on with your search executive to determine the best approach. Results Group backs every placement up with a warranty in the rare event that a placed candidate does not work out. Many searches will be completed in 4-6 weeks, but again each search is unique and there are many factors which can effect the results. Client scheduling availability is one key factor, among several.
