About the Founder

Mr. Storto is a 1984 graduate (with Merit) of the U.S. Naval Academy, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Analysis and Engineering. For over 8 years he served as naval officer, both as a Naval Aviator and as a Civil Engineer Corps officer. His assignments included tours overseas (Republic of the Philippines) and in various stateside locations, including a tour as Officer in Charge, NAVFAC Contracts, Columbus, OH. Since 1992, Mr. Storto has worked in operations management, senior procurement management, served as Assistant Director of Engineering, as Vice-President, President and Senior Consultant in cost reduction consulting, and also served in marketing and strategic sales management executive roles. These positions were in privately held small and large companies, and in Fortune 500 companies in various industries. Having been a natural conduit connecting organizations with professionals for opportunities in business for over two decades, Mr. Storto officially entered the executive search field in 2013. As a management executive in the various roles, he achieved many milestones in support of company operations, technical and strategic planning, project management, team building, and business development.

Mr. Storto is a registered Engineer-in Training in the state of Delaware, has been trained and tested as a Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds a commercial pilot’s license. In addition, he, has been actively involved in a business to business networking group of service academy graduates and their colleagues, and is a member of the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association (national and local chapters).
